Why Markdown to PDF
Markdown is a simple text syntax used for READMEs, documentation, notes apps like Obsidian and technical writing. It’s great to write but not ideal to hand to someone who expects a polished document. A PDF shows headings, lists, links, code blocks and tables formatted and readable for everyone.
What to expect
Pandoc converts standard Markdown elements into a clean, simple layout. Images referenced by local paths or URLs may not be included, since only the .md file is processed. Platform-specific extensions, like some wiki links or plugin syntax, might show as plain text. Check the result before sharing.
How to convert
Drop your .md file above, PDF is preselected, click “Convert” and download. Pandoc runs in your browser, so your notes are never uploaded.
