When PDF is the better format
PNG is perfect for screenshots, diagrams and graphics, but when you submit documents, attach invoices or print, PDF is the standard. It’s accepted by forms and portals, opens in any PDF reader and prints predictably. Converting a PNG screenshot of a booking confirmation, chart or scanned page gives you a clean, shareable document.
What happens to the image
Your PNG becomes a one-page PDF. Sharp text and lines from screenshots stay crisp, since the image isn’t recompressed in a lossy way. Transparent areas will typically appear white on the page. The content is still an image, so text isn’t selectable or searchable.
How to convert
Drop the PNG above, PDF is already selected. Click “Convert” and download. The conversion runs with ImageMagick in your browser – nothing gets uploaded.
