Why Excel to PDF
PDF is ideal for sending reports, price lists, timesheets or invoices made in Excel: the recipient sees exactly what you see, without needing Excel and without accidentally changing formulas. It also prints predictably, which spreadsheets often don’t.
Page layout matters
Spreadsheets have no fixed pages, so the PDF uses the print settings saved in the file. Wide sheets may be split across several pages. For the best result, set print area, orientation and “fit to page width” in Excel or LibreOffice before converting. Formulas are converted to their displayed values; charts are included.
How to convert
Choose or drop the XLSX above; the office page opens automatically. Click “Convert” and download the PDF. LibreOffice (about 77 MB) is loaded once on first use and runs locally – no upload.
